MY SERVICES
As a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula, I help new parents navigate the first hectic, overwhelming weeks and months with a baby.
My role is to support your newborn’s development, assist in establishing healthy habits, and provide gentle, evidence‑based guidance that empowers you as parents. I also help you prepare for your baby’s arrival by educating you on newborn care and everything related to the early days, so you feel confident and ready before your little one comes home.
My goal is to help your baby thrive while giving you the rest, confidence, and reassurance you deserve.
