🌿MY SERVICES
As a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula, I help families through the first hectic, overwhelming weeks and months with a baby. My care is calm, confident, and rooted in evidence‑based practices that help you feel steady and supported during this transition — even when things feel messy, exhausting, or nothing like the books said.
My role is to guide your baby’s development, help establish healthy routines, and offer practical, gentle support that brings clarity to the early days. My goal is simple: to help your baby thrive while giving you the rest, confidence, and peace of mind you deserve.
🌿 Before Your Baby Arrives
Many parents need guidance before their baby is born, and I offer support that makes the early days easier. This includes newborn‑care education, help choosing must‑have items, breast pump and bottle selection, nursery setup, and creating a safe, functional space for your baby.
Around 36 weeks, I offer a prenatal home visit for all contracted families. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or welcoming another little one, this visit gives us time to talk through anything on your mind — birth plans, hospital expectations, feeding goals, postpartum recovery, and what to pack for your stay. It’s a moment to feel grounded, supported, and truly ready for what’s ahead.
🌿 After Your Baby Is Born
Once the little one arrives, I provide overnight care, postpartum recovery support, feeding guidance, and early sleep foundations. Everything is tailored to your routines, goals, and your baby’s needs.
My support adapts as your baby grows, giving you steady reassurance and practical help at each stage, especially in moments that feel overwhelming or unpredictable.
