Hybrid Infant Sleep Consulting Program (In‑Home + Virtual) — Sleep Coaching & Milestone Preparation
Babies don’t grow in straight lines — every new milestone brings changes in sleep, feeding, routines, and behavior. This blended program gives you two levels of support in one place: a full sleep consultation and milestone preparation, so you feel confident through every leap, regression, and developmental shift.
Most sleep consultants only focus on sleep. I support your whole baby — their development, their growth, their changing needs, and how all of that affects sleep.
This program helps you understand what’s happening now, what’s coming next, and how to support your baby with calm, confidence, and clarity.
A gentle, whole‑baby program combining sleep coaching and milestone preparation, including an in‑home visit.
What’s Included
1./ Intake Assessment
Before we meet, you’ll complete a short intake questionnaire or send a detailed email. This helps me understand your baby’s current routines, challenges, and your goals so our time together is focused and meaningful.
Nursery & Sleep Environment Assessment
During your home visit, I will:
review your nursery setup
check sleep safety
look at lighting, temperature, noise, and airflow
evaluate your baby’s sleep space (crib, bassinet, swaddles, sleep sacks)
assess gear that may need updating
make practical recommendations to improve sleep and comfort
This part alone is something most sleep consultants do not offer — and parents love it.
2./ One 3‑Hour In‑Home Consultation
This is a calm, supportive, hands‑on visit where I come to your home and walk through everything your baby is experiencing — and everything you’re wondering about.
Sleep Support
We’ll talk through your baby’s current sleep patterns and create a plan that fits your family’s lifestyle. This includes:
age‑appropriate schedules
wake windows
nap transitions
nighttime routines
regressions
soothing strategies
sleep environment adjustments
how milestones affect sleep
Milestone Preparation
We’ll also walk through the developmental changes happening now and what’s coming next, including:
introducing solids + allergen safety
teething signs + soothing comfort
updating baby gear for new stages
motor skill development
cognitive leaps
emotional changes
supporting growing independence
baby‑proofing basics
behavior shifts
feeding changes
routine adjustments
This is where your program becomes different from typical sleep coaching — you’re not just learning how to get better sleep; you’re learning how to support your baby’s whole development.
3./ Follow-up Email Recap
After your session, you’ll receive a summarized email recap of everything we discussed — including your sleep plan, milestone guidance, and step‑by‑step next actions.
No pressure to remember every detail. Everything is written out for you.
5./ Follow‑Up Email Recap
After each follow‑up, you’ll receive a short-written email recap with any adjustments we made, plus additional suggestions to keep your baby on track.
Why This Program Is Different
Most sleep consultants focus only on sleep. But sleep is deeply connected to:
development
feeding
teething
routines
emotional changes
motor skills
cognitive leaps
Your baby’s milestones always affect sleep — so separating the two doesn’t make sense.
4./ Two 30‑Minute Per Week Virtual Follow‑Ups (Over the next 5 weeks)
Babies grow fast — and things change quickly. These follow‑ups give you space to:
ask new questions
adjust schedules
navigate regressions
handle unexpected challenges
get reassurance
stay aligned with your plan
These check‑ins keep you supported as your baby moves through new developmental stages.
This program gives you both, in one place:
✔ Sleep support ✔ Milestone preparation ✔ Development guidance ✔ Emotional reassurance ✔ Practical tools ✔ In‑home assessment ✔ Ongoing follow‑up
It’s a whole‑baby, whole‑family approach that helps you feel confident, supported, and prepared for every stage.
As‑Needed One‑Time Infant Support Consultation (with a Follow‑Up)
This flexible support option is perfect for parents who don’t need a weekly commitment but want expert guidance for a specific concern. It’s gentle, simple, and designed to give you clarity and confidence without feeling overwhelming.
Intake Assessment
Before we meet, you’ll complete a comprehensive questionnaire. This helps me understand your baby’s current routines, challenges, and your goals, so our time together is focused and meaningful.
One 60‑Minute Virtual Consultation
During our session, we’ll talk through your main concern in a supportive way. This can include:
Sleep
Feeding
Solids
Daily routines
Behavior
Preparing older siblings for a new baby
Or any other infant‑care topic you need help with
You’ll get clear, practical guidance you can start using right away.
Follow-up Email Recap
After our call, you’ll receive a written summary of everything we discussed — including recommendations, next steps, and any customized guidance. This makes it easy to refer back to the plan without having to remember every detail.
One 30‑Minute Follow‑Up Check‑In
Within the week, we’ll meet again for a shorter follow‑up session. This gives you a chance to:
Ask questions
Share progress
Make small adjustments
Get reassurance
The follow‑up stays focused on the same topic to keep everything consistent and aligned. If new concerns arise, we can schedule a separate session for them.
Additional Support
If you’d like continued guidance on the same topic, you can purchase extra 30‑minute sessions anytime. This allows you to get ongoing support without committing to a full program.
