Every family’s journey is unique, and my role is to meet you exactly where you are. I offer nurturing overnight newborn care and postpartum support that adapts to your routines, your feeding goals, and your baby’s needs. My focus is to help you feel rested, confident, and supported during this tender transition.

My care extends far beyond nighttime support. I provide ongoing guidance, resources, and preparation so parents feel confident long before their baby arrives. This includes help with nursery setup, must‑have newborn items, breast pump and bottle selection, and creating a safe, functional space for your baby.

Around 36 weeks, I offer a prenatal home visit where we can talk through anything on your mind — birth plans, hospital expectations, feeding goals, postpartum recovery, and what to pack for your stay. My goal is to make sure you feel informed, prepared, and supported every step of the way.
