My goal is to help the new baby thrive by focusing on caring for the newborn, providing support when needed, assisting in establishing healthy habits and educating and empowering parents

    • Soothing babies using skilled and proven techniques that calm newborns

    • Establishing a daytime routine, and healthy sleep habits

    • Maintaining a thorough log of infant feeding, sleeping, and behavioral patterns

    • Creating a regular feeding schedule

    • Gentle sleep conditioning and sleep training

    • Infant massage

    • Babywearing

    • Providing breast- and bottle-feeding education and support

    • Breast pumps and bottles recommendations and resources

    • Assisting with feeding issues

    • Supporting breastfeeding parents with proper diet resources to ensure proper milk production

    • Walking parents through the numerous formula options, and providing resources to help parents decide what is the best for their baby

    • Utilizing and handling breastmilk and formula

    • Cleaning and sterilizing bottles and breastfeeding-related items

    • Laundering baby clothing and linens

    • Assisting with baby-related organizations

    • Physical and emotional support after birth

    • Evidence-based information for safe recovery

    • Ongoing resources for well-informed decisions

    • Helping to identify Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, providing support and resources to parents in finding appropriate help

    • Following (AAP) American Academy of Pediatrics and (CDC) Center for Disease Control guidelines

    • Providing evidence-based resources to parents for well-informed decisions

    • Up-to-date on the latest ever-changing industry standards and guidelines
